3. Digital Download License & Usage Restrictions

All DERIT digital products are delivered via digital download. By purchasing any digital file, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license for personal use.

Your license permits you to:

• Use templates, inserts, and manuals in your personal planning or household preparedness activities

• Save or store the files on your personal devices for convenient access

Your license does NOT permit:

• Resale of any DERIT product

• Modification and reselling of derivative works

• Removal, alteration, or obscuring of copyright marks, logos, or attribution

All DERIT materials—whether digital, written, graphical, symbolic, or conceptual—remain the exclusive intellectual property of DERIT.

Violations of this license may result in revocation of access, forfeiture of usage rights, account termination, and potential legal action.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
